This informational website does not include a custom patient intake form or advertising trackers. Standard hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs.

Patient communication

New-patient requests should use my secure SimplePractice request page. Existing clients should use secure client sign-in. Do not send diagnoses, treatment details, or other sensitive health information through ordinary email.

Emergencies

This website and the patient portal are not emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
